Made of pure 24-carat gold, the American gold buffalo is a gold coin that contains exactly 31.1035 grams of pure gold. The U.S Mint has produced this coin since 2006. It is America’s first ever one ounce 24-carat gold coin.

The 2023 1oz Gold Buffalo features the profile of a Native American man designed by American sculptor James Earle Fraser. The reverse features the American Bison, which is commonly referred to as the American Buffalo in both the US and Canada.

Why buy 1 ounce gold coins?
