Richard’s appointment complements the expertise of Paul Williams, who himself brings over 30 years as a qualified financial adviser to Solomon Global’s board. Their combined insights and leadership will further strengthen the company’s offering and solidify its position as a trusted leader in the industry.

A highly qualified and dynamic British start-up CEO, Richard has decades of experience across the financial services sector, advising UK pension sponsors, trustees, and the UK Pension Regulator and Pension Protection Fund.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BCom in Accountancy from Birmingham University. He is registered with the FCA as a CF30 (Controlled Function) and is also a ‘Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround’, and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
